Description
This is a permanent role with a sign-on bonus of up to $15k sign-on bonus and a 7 PM – 7 AM schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments following nursing standards of practice.
- Monitor residents' conditions and update care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
