Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity – Mandan, North Dakota

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift

A patient-centered skilled nursing facility in Mandan, North Dakota is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 12-hour night shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care in a supportive long-term care environment. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Position Overview

· Permanent, full-time role

· 36 hours per week

· Night shift

· PointClickCare electronic medical record system

· Skilled nursing setting

Shift Details

· 3 shifts per week

· 12-hour night shifts

Compensation & Incentives

· Hourly pay range: $26 – $36 per hour (based on experience)

· $20,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

· Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing and long-term care residents

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

· Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team

· Assist with care planning and coordination with interdisciplinary staff

· Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life

· Accurately document care in PointClickCare

Requirements

· Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
