Description

Location: Mandan, ND
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12-hour shifts
FTE: Full-time

Seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide direct care to residents in a 128-bed long-term care facility. The nurse will support residents with a variety of diagnoses, oversee care delivery, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in ND
IV-C certification preferred for LPNs
Ability to provide safe and compassionate care for residents with diverse diagnoses
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

RN Pay: $32.50–$48/hr with a $25,000 sign-on bonus
LPN Pay: $26–$36/hr with a $20,000 sign-on bonus
RN Fee: Flat rate of $12,000 (if submitting RN candidates)
