Description

Intermediate Care RN (IMC) – Nights – Direct Hire

Location: Seaford, DE
Schedule: Full Time – 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM start – Rotating weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Relocation: Up to $2,500 reimbursement
Salary Range: $33.00 – $52.80/hr (commensurate with experience)

 

About the Opportunity

This full-time IMC RN opening offers an exciting chance to work in a progressive, high-acuity intermediate care environment serving patients who require close monitoring and complex interventions but may not need ICU-level care. You’ll join a team-focused, patient-centered nursing unit equipped to manage diverse populations, including:

  • Sepsis and diabetic ketoacidosis
  • Post open-heart and cardiac procedures
  • Continuous cardiac infusions and non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)

RNs on this unit deliver advanced cardiac and respiratory monitoring while responding quickly to changes in patient condition. The ideal nurse thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and values clinical precision, adaptability, and compassionate care.

 

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license (Compact or Delaware)
  • BLS and ACLS – American Heart Association
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, or ability to obtain prior to hire
  • Prior IMC, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience strongly preferred

Schedule

  • 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM start)
  • Rotating weekends as scheduled
  • Overtime as needed based on patient census
