Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Job Description

A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position is for a unit that contains 10 couplet care/GYN beds, 7 LDRP rooms, 2 triage beds, and 2 OB operating rooms.  The Level II Nursery is certified by the Arizona Perinatal Trust as a Level II Perinatal Care Center.

Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role
• Start date: ASAP
• 7 L&D bed unit with 2 triage beds and 10 postpartum beds
• Care for patients with pre-eclampsia and OB emergencies  
• Support staff available

Shift Details

• 12-hour Night shifts
• 6p-6a
• 36 hours per week 

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
• Complete benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery nursing care
• Manage high-risk obstetric patients
• Perform and interpret fetal monitoring and respond appropriately to fetal distress
• Care for patients with pre-eclampsia and other obstetric complications
• Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times.
• Etc.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent L&D RN experience
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring
