Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical/Telemetry – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: May 18, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Patient ratio 1:6. Float required to units of equal or lesser acuity.

• Epic charting system utilized throughout the unit
• 16-hour orientation provided to support successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 1:6 patient ratios
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, IV management, accessing/managing ports, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and medical-surgical nursing skills
• Candidates must reside outside the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
