Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist Assistant – Camp Wood, TX 78833

Start Date: May 4, 2026

Location: Camp Wood, Texas

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Highlights:

• Travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting through August 1, 2026 (89-day duration)
• Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans under supervision of licensed Occupational Therapist
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatments
• Opportunity to educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and care instructions

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Clean professional licensure and certification record
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
