Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Godfrey, IL 62035

Start Date: May 18, 2026

Location: Godfrey, Illinois (Metro East region)

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. Float coverage between three skilled nursing facilities, all within a 10-minute radius. 89-day assignment through August 15, 2026.

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Experience with Net Health EMR preferred
• Clear professional license and criminal background check
• Comfort with group therapy programming and working with dementia patients
