Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Eastern Shore, Virginia

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Clean professional license and background check
• Proof of immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and Influenza (seasonal)
• Completion of competency exam and Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training
