Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical – Albuquerque, NM 87102
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage as needed. Patient ratio of 1:6.

- No requirement to interpret dysrhythmias; dedicated monitoring technicians on staff
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- 39-bed medical surgical unit with telemetry capabilities
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted if obtained prior to start date)
- Minimum 1 year of medical surgical experience required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required; CPI preferred
- Experience with 1:6 patient ratios
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the location
- Skills required include telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, IV management, wound care, stroke care, pre/post-surgical care, and isolation precautions
