Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Fort Myers, FL 33907
Start Date: August 23, 2026
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 90-day assignment through November 21, 2026

Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Florida ACHA fingerprint background check completed prior to start date
- Current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
- Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary actions
- Completion of specialty competency exam and Joint Commission Core I, II, and III modules
