Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (variable start times at either 6:00 AM or 12:00 PM). Weekend coverage based on departmental needs. Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

Requirements:

• Valid California pharmacy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Acute hospital experience preferred; retail pharmacy experience will be considered
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency with Pyxis, controlled substance documentation and transfer regulations, high-alert medications, and look-alike/sound-alike drugs
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
