Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Cath Lab – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: June 16, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; On-call required weeknights 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM and weekends (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM); Weekend frequency may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs

Highlights:

• Work in a 212-bed acute care hospital with a 2-room Cath Lab utilizing Epic charting system
• Engage in diverse procedures including diagnostic cardiac catheterization, cardiac stent placement, pacemaker/ICD implantation, peripheral vascular studies, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and transportation
• Gain experience with specialized equipment including Alaris pumps, FFR, angiojet, PV atherectomy, defibrillators, and crash carts
• Free parking provided for all staff
• 91-day assignment with orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active California RN license required prior to start
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required; minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers cannot be considered
• Experience with diagnostic cardiac catheterization, cardiac stent placement, circulating procedures, right and left heart catheterization
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Flexibility to float between facilities within California as needed

Time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application, and you must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays during the assignment period.
