Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Labor and Delivery – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (05:00 - 17:30); 4x12 available upon request. Patient ratios of 1:3. Guaranteed hours with one potential call-off per two-week pay period. Weekend and holiday coverage per unit needs; must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

• Epic charting system in use facility-wide
• Baby-friendly protocols with full lactation support and couplet care capabilities
• 36-hour orientation program to ensure successful integration
• Work with a collaborative team supporting diverse obstetrical patient populations including high-risk deliveries and multiple gestations
• Trauma Level II experience preferred

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required; postpartum experience is mandatory
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
• Preferred certification: AWHONN Advanced
• Epic charting experience required
• Willingness to float to postpartum and affiliated facilities as needed
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
