Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Labor and Delivery – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Northern California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (17:00 - 05:30); 4x12 schedule available upon request. Patient ratio 1:3. Orientation: 36 hours. Float assignment to postpartum unit required. Weekend coverage per unit needs. Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Labor and postpartum experience is mandatory
• Current certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP (AWHONN Advanced preferred)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to float between like units and potentially to nearby affiliate facilities
• Candidates must reside outside 50-mile local radius
