Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Texas
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Professional references from within the past 3 years, including one supervisor reference
• Skills checklist completed within one year for occupational therapy specialty
• Compliance with all credentialing, background check, immunization, and health screening requirements
