Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Santa Maria, California

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 89-day assignment through November 21, 2026

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Skills checklist completed within one year for Physical Therapy specialty
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Completion of pre-employment health screenings including TB testing, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza when applicable), physical exam, and drug screening
• California-required sexual harassment training completion
• Competency exam with 80% passing score and Joint Commission Core I, II, III modules
