Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current skills checklist completed within one year for physical therapy specialty
• Two professional references from within the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Comprehensive background screening and health compliance documentation
• California-required Sexual Harassment Training completion
