Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Experience working with geriatric and older adult populations
• Previous experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or subacute rehabilitation settings required
• Ability to provide care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients
