Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Cath Lab Cardiology – Olympia Fields, IL 60461
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois
Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation every 2nd-3rd weekend and 1-3 times per week. 12-hour orientation period.
Highlights:
- Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations throughout cardiovascular procedures
- Provide holistic support addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs in a procedural environment
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with rapid response capability
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance care delivery
- 91-day assignment with competitive travel nurse compensation and overtime opportunities
Requirements:
- Active state Registered Nursing (RN) license required
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or Critical Care environment
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- Current ACLS certification required upon hire and must maintain throughout assignment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
