Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Seattle, WA 98126

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Patient ratio of 1:5. No weekend requirement. Facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.

Requirements:

• Active Washington Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and charting systems, preferably PointClickCare
• Experience in geriatrics, acute care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Own transportation required
• COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
