Job Opportunity – Radiation Therapist – Napa, CA 94558

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Napa Valley, Northern California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Start times may vary between 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM based on patient volume. Weekend call rotated (08:00 - 16:00). Daily caseload of approximately 20 patients per machine across 2 treatment rooms.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at an acute care facility in California's wine country
• Specializing in SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery) and SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy) procedures
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations with diverse oncology diagnoses
• Work with modern equipment including Varian 21 ex/ix, Elekta Infinity, and Toshiba CT Simulator
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome; opportunities for assignment extensions

Requirements:

• Active California state radiation therapy license (must be in hand prior to start)
• ARRT (T) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Proficiency with Impac MOSAIQ and advanced treatment modalities preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Ability to float to affiliate facilities as needed
• Candidates must reside outside 50-mile local radius
