Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off block schedule, night shift (20:00 - 06:30). Position will transition to day shift in July/August 2026 to provide coverage through January 2027. Every other weekend required. Assignment duration is 26 weeks.

Requirements:

• Active Texas pharmacy license required at time of submission
• PharmD and RPh credentials
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient/acute care hospital pharmacy experience required
• Pediatric dosing experience and exposure to pediatric populations required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Retail-only pharmacy experience does not meet requirements
• Experience with sterile compounding, high-alert medications, and therapeutic medication monitoring preferred
• Clean background check required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
