Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Technologist – Santa Monica, CA 90404

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Santa Monica, California – beachside acute care hospital

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday with call requirements. On-call coverage includes weekdays 17:30-07:00 and weekends/holidays 07:00-07:00. Expect 10-14 call shifts within each 42-day schedule. Three weekends required every six-week schedule.

Highlights:

• STEMI and Stroke receiving center with four procedural labs supporting diverse interventional services
• Work with advanced procedures including TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, Mitraclip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology
• Comprehensive support from interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation
• Float between specialties within the lab, gaining valuable cross-functional experience
• Epic charting system in a 266-bed acute care facility
• Daily census of approximately six patients across four procedural rooms

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of acute care Cath Lab experience required
• Stroke and interventional radiology experience strongly preferred
• Active California state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required
• Fluoroscopy permit required
• LA County fire card obtained within the last 30 days
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
