Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:45 - 17:15). Call required. Weekend coverage includes 4 shifts total over two separate weekends during the assignment.

Highlights:

• 91-day travel nursing assignment in a busy surgical department with 19 operating rooms and average daily census of 50
• Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedic/spine, neuro, urology, GYN, breast/plastics, pulmonary, and robotic-assisted procedures
• Advanced surgical equipment including DaVinci robot, Stealth navigation, O-arm, ION technology, Hana table, and Jackson table
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
• First-time travelers welcome with 1 year of OR experience; scrubs provided on-site
• 36-hour paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Experience with surgical procedures including laparoscopic cases, orthopedic/spine procedures, urological cases, general surgery, and thoracic procedures preferred
• Competency in fire safety, laser safety, radiation safety, specimen handling, blood product administration, and universal protocol procedures
• Previous charge nurse experience and community hospital experience preferred
• Must reside outside 75-mile local radius; local candidates not accepted
