Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Republic, Washington

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week guaranteed

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or ability to obtain
• Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum one year of recent physical therapy experience
