Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30), primarily 8:30 start time with some variable shifts. 91-day assignment. Float to main OR and affiliate facilities may be required.

• Acute care facility serving adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations
• Reduced non-billable orientation – 0 hours versus standard 40 hours
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of OR experience
• Professional environment with scrubs or business casual attire
• Interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and unit secretary

Requirements:

• Valid California RN license (pending license accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Proficiency in ambulatory OR procedures including laparoscopic, arthroscopic, and endoscopic cases
• Experience with general OR, orthopedic, urological, ENT, and ophthalmic procedures
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to float between affiliate facilities as needed
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Maximum 7 days requested time off during assignment
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
