Start Date: July 3, 2026

Location: Tucson, Arizona

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred (new graduates considered)
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
