Description
Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – Portland, OR 97225
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). No on-call required. No weekend requirement. Patient ratio 1:1.
Highlights:
- 13-week travel assignment at a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital
- Work with state-of-the-art CT equipment including GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba scanners
- Main department features 3 CT scanners for inpatient and outpatient care; additional 2 scanners in ED
- Interdisciplinary support including IV teams and transportation services
- Epic charting system with comprehensive orientation provided
- Free parking available on-site
Requirements:
- Current Oregon state license or ability to obtain prior to start
- ARRT-R (Radiography) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Proficiency with contrast media preparation and administration, IV starts, and isolation precautions/PPE
- Experience with all patient age groups: neonates, infants, children, adolescents, and adults
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Reliable vehicle required for this assignment
- Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility
