Job Opportunity – Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Everett, Washington – Women and Children's Pavilion Campus

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), 13-week assignment. Outpatient pediatric setting with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU support. Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week period.

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Speech Language Pathology license or compact license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric speech language pathology experience
• Previous travel healthcare experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• EPIC charting experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in pediatric assessments, augmentative communication, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, language disorders, and oral motor therapy
• Experience with CELF, PLS-4, and SLP evaluation coding
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from the location
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
