Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15), with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend required. 6:1 patient ratio. Float to similar Med/Surg or Telemetry units as needed.

• Work with diverse patient populations including post-catheterization, post-angiography, and general medical-surgical cases
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Shorter average length of stay with clinical decision unit model
• 20-hour orientation with Epic charting system
• Two pre-approved time off periods available

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required in hand; NIHSS preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 6:1 patient ratios
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, IV management, blood product administration, central line care, chest tubes, and wound care
• Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Must reside outside 75-mile local radius
