Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per schedule period.

• 24-36 hours of orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding
• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license accepted if pending)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia management
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Willingness to float to similar units including Medical-Surgical, Step-down, PCU, Emergency Department, and CVICU (capped at 4 patients maximum while floating)
