Description

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Roswell, NM 88201

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Roswell, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM), with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend required. Patient ratio of 6:1.

13-week travel assignment in a supportive medical-surgical/telemetry unit
First-time travelers welcome with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
16-bed unit with an average daily census of 12 patients
Flexible scheduling options with up to 4 days of pre-approved time off available
Orientation provided with onsite modules completed during initial training

Requirements:

Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV management, medication administration, and wound care
Charting system experience required
Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred
Must reside at least 50 miles from the assignment location
