Description
Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Roswell, NM 88201
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Location: Roswell, New Mexico
Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend required. 6:1 patient ratio.

- 16-bed unit with adult patient population and daily census of 12
- Orientation provided with onsite modules completed during orientation period
Requirements:
- Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending license accepted if obtained prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with 6:1 patient ratios preferred
- Charting system experience required
- Community hospital experience preferred; previous charge experience preferred
- Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
- Skills required include telemetry monitoring, IV management, wound care, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation
