Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, CVICU – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15), every other weekend required. 91-day assignment with 36 hours of orientation.

• Consistent 2:1 patient ratios across all shifts for optimal patient care
• 24-bed unit with daily census of 20 patients, caring for adults and geriatric populations
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and physical therapy
• Mixed patient population of cardiac surgical and cardiac medical patients with occasional adult medical ICU overflow
• May float to MSICU, Neuro ICU, or Burn ICU as needed based on facility requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVICU nursing experience required
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Proficiency in critical care skills including arterial line management, ventilator care, central line management, CVVHD/CRRT, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia management
• Experience with Impella, BiPAP/CPAP, continuous IV sedation, procedural sedation, and management of multisystem organ dysfunction
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not eligible for this travel assignment
