Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM), 13-week assignment. Daily caseload of approximately 20 patients. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Highlights:

• Work in a Trauma Level III facility performing comprehensive CT examinations with and without contrast
• Gain experience across all patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including radiology, lift teams, rapid response, and transportation
• 3-room CT department with diverse case mix including trauma, emergency, ICU, and outpatient procedures
• Opportunity to utilize advanced skills including CT arthrography, vascular CTA, and multiplanar reconstruction
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
• BLS certification required
• Fluoroscopy permit required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Valid California state license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Experience with trauma care, emergency department, ICU, and isolation precautions preferred
• Community hospital and trauma center experience preferred
• Proficiency in IV starts, venipuncture, contrast administration, and radiation safety
• Clean background check required; no exceptions for background findings
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
