Description
Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – Portland, OR 97213
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon metropolitan area
Schedule: Mid shift, 4x10-hour shifts (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM). One week of standby call per contract. Weekends not required. 1:1 patient ratio.
Highlights:
- Short-term acute care facility with 418 staffed beds serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Level III trauma center minimum experience required; work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- 13-week travel assignment (91 days) with 80 hours of paid orientation
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- Free parking available on-site
- Up to 6 days of pre-approved time off available (3 consecutive days auto-approved)
Requirements:
- Active Oregon State OBMI license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- ARRT CT certification and current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Previous travel healthcare experience required
- Epic charting system experience required (hardstop requirement)
- Competency with GE 64-slice scanners required (hardstop requirement)
- Level III trauma facility experience at minimum required
- Direct patient care experience within the last year required
- Proficiency in 3D rendering, contrast administration, venipuncture, and starting peripheral IVs
- Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
