Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Bakersfield, CA

Location: Bakersfield, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with one weekend per month (days can be split if preferred). 40 hours guaranteed per week.

Highlights:

• Acute care position in an elective total joint designated hospital with focus on the orthopedic floor
• Evaluate and treat same-day surgery patients along with all diagnoses across multiple specialty units
• Work in a comprehensive facility that includes stroke center, burn center, STEMI receiving center, ICU, PICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Flexible contract duration from 12 to 24 weeks
• Ideal opportunity for traveling pairs or individual candidates
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with consistent weekday schedule

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in California or ability to obtain
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Ability to evaluate and treat diverse patient populations across multiple diagnoses
• Availability for one weekend per month
