Description
Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health – Portland, OR 97213
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: East Portland, OR and surrounding areas
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. Up to 6 patient visits per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points. No weekend coverage required. No on-call responsibilities.

- Home health setting with 1:1 patient care in the East Portland area
- Efficient scheduling with grouped patient visits to minimize drive time; occasional travel radius up to 60 miles per day
- Free parking and IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided
- Business casual or scrubs allowed (no specific color required)
- Guaranteed hours with minimal call-off risk (up to one shift per two-week pay period)
- First-time travelers welcome; local candidates accepted
Requirements:
- Active Oregon PTA license (pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred; familiarity with home health documentation required
- Reliable personal transportation required
- 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
