Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (shift times vary between 07:00-17:00). Weekend coverage required (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule). Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• 13-week travel assignment with potential for extension up to 1 calendar year

• Collaborative environment with full access to Epic charting system

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license required (pending licenses may be screened but license must be in hand for offer)
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience required
• Acute care hospital experience required (behavioral health experience does not qualify)
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification preferred
• ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
• Experience with discharge planning, utilization review criteria (InterQual/Milliman), and care coordination
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
