Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: September 15, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Highlights:

• Treat diverse patient diagnoses including total joint replacements, CABG, fractures, stroke rehabilitation, and general medical conditions
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment

• First-time travelers welcome with minimum one year of experience
• 13-week assignment with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of acute care physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in home exercise programs, gait training, patient/family education, and discharge planning
• Experience with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical care, stroke rehabilitation, and geriatric populations
• Strong skills in patient assessment, evaluation, plan of care development, and reassessments
• Competency with assistive devices, transfer techniques, and vital sign monitoring
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
