Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, initially night shift (8:00 PM - 6:30 AM), transitioning to day shift (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in July/August 2026. Every other weekend required. Assignment duration: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months).

Requirements:

Active Texas pharmacy license required at time of submission
PharmD degree and RPh certification required
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required (retail-only experience does not qualify)
Previous exposure to pediatric pharmacy practice required
Epic charting system experience required
Experience with sterile compounding, IV medications, high-alert medications, and pediatric dosing
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
