Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Olympia Fields, IL 60461

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois

Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation required every 2nd-3rd weekend and 1-3 times per week. 90-day assignment.

Highlights:

• Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations during cardiovascular procedures in a dynamic Cath Lab environment
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring accurate interpretation and rapid response
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, providing continuous updates on patient status throughout all phases of care
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure all equipment is functioning and calibrated properly
• Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence
• Provide holistic support addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in a surgical and procedural setting

Requirements:

• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) license required
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required upon hire and must maintain current
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care area required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
