Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, PACU – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (primarily 08:30 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. Variable start times between 06:00 and 08:30 depending on daily assignment. No weekends, no holidays, no call required. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

• Outpatient Pre-Op and PACU setting at an acute care facility serving all patient age groups
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend, holiday, or call requirements
• Work in Phase I and Phase II recovery areas with 2:1 patient ratios
• Comprehensive orientation with 40 hours of onboarding support
• Opportunity to work with diverse outpatient surgical cases including general, orthopedic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and more
• 91-day travel assignment with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of PACU nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with pre-op assessment, Phase I and Phase II PACU, conscious sedation, and infusion therapy
• Proficiency in airway assessment, dysrhythmia recognition, IV management, and procedural sedation monitoring
• First-time travelers accepted
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required (no exceptions)
