Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Management – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), 13-week assignment with guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period. Every other weekend required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Highlights:

• Work at a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across two campuses
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 patients focusing on discharge planning and care coordination
• Float between two campus locations (less than 2 miles apart) working across all hospital areas
• Epic charting system with 30-40 hours of paid orientation
• Facility-paid parking and interdisciplinary support from social services
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations across all age groups

Requirements:

• Active Washington State RN license (Compact license accepted if converted to WA license; must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required
• Discharge planning and care coordination experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience in Med Surg, LLOS, or Emergency Department settings
• Must live outside 50-mile local radius
• 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check (no Nursys or background hits accepted)
