Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Edmonds, WA 98026

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Greater Seattle metropolitan area, with assignments across multiple campuses including Edmonds, Issaquah, and surrounding communities

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Flexible scheduling model: schedule 5 days (Wednesday-Sunday OR Thursday-Monday), work 3. Patient ratio of 1:2. Float pool position requiring flexibility across seven campus locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Active Washington State RN license
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience managing patient ratios of 1:2
• Willingness to float to Pediatrics and PICU (assigned only to newborns and infants)
• Two professional references covering 1 year of employment in specialty within the last 3 years; one reference must be from a supervisor or charge nurse
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Must be willing to float across all seven campus locations
