Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). 4x12 schedule available upon request. Patient ratio 1:3. Float to postpartum units as needed. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

13-week travel assignment at a 277-bed acute care hospital
36-hour paid orientation with Epic charting system
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, and adults
Experience with high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, and comprehensive maternal-newborn care

Requirements:

Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required; postpartum experience is mandatory
Current certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP
AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
Epic charting system experience required
Trauma Level II experience preferred
Previous travel experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Clean background check required
Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
