Description
Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. No Sundays or holidays. 13-week assignment with 72 guaranteed hours per two-week period.
Highlights:
- Outpatient imaging center setting with primarily mobile patients
- Work with a diverse patient population including follow-up cancer diagnosis imaging
- Magnet-designated Level II Trauma facility with 407 staffed beds
- Epic charting system with free parking provided
- Float opportunities between CT and X-ray to expand your skill set
- Comprehensive scope of practice including IV starts, contrast administration, and post-processing
Requirements:
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
- X-ray experience required in extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, and musculoskeletal imaging
- Fluoroscopy and enema study experience preferred
- Experience with neonates and infants preferred
- Valid state license or compact license required at time of submission
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
