Job Opportunity – MRI Technologist – Napa, CA 94558

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Napa Valley region, Northern California

Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM start), 4 days per week. Weekend call coverage required (typically Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). 91-day assignment through January 11, 2027.

Highlights:

• Work with GE 1.5 Signa and GE 1.5 Optima MRI equipment in a well-established imaging department
• Perform diverse imaging procedures including neuro, MSK, abdomen, MRCPs, and breast exams (no cardiac)
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations with preferred adolescent experience
• Flexible scheduling options available – 10-hour or 8-hour shifts may be discussed
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract
• Travel assignment with competitive compensation and comprehensive support

Requirements:

• California Certification for Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required
• ARRT (R) - Radiology certification required
• ARRT (R)(MRI) - MRI certification preferred
• BLS certification required
• California IV certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency with various MRI techniques including gradient echo imaging, spin echo, T-1 and T-2 weighted images, and post-processing capabilities
• Clean background check required
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
