Job Opportunity – Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer – Richland, WA 99352

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Richland, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30), rotating weekends required. On-call coverage after 5:30 PM until 7:00 AM as determined. Schedule may vary by a couple of hours based on departmental needs.

• Work with adult and pediatric populations across inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and TEE settings
• Collaborative environment with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Flexible scheduling considerations for time-off requests when discussed upfront
• Opportunity to work alongside experienced sonographers in a dynamic cardiac imaging department
• 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, quality care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of echocardiography experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• RDCS or CCI RCS certification required (either specialty certification accepted)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in 2-D and 3-D echo, color Doppler, M-Mode, portable studies, TEE, and stress echo procedures
• Experience with adult and pediatric acute and outpatient care populations (neonates through geriatrics)
• Valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission)
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
