Job Opportunity – Care Manager (RN) – Sitka, AK 99835

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Sitka, Alaska

Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week; specific shift details to be discussed at interview. 91-day assignment through February 8, 2027.

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license required at time of submission (agency staff must hold Alaska licensure)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience required
• Minimum 3 years of recent inpatient care coordination and discharge planning experience required
• Case Management certification by recognized certifying organization (NCQA, CCMC) strongly preferred
• Flu vaccine required
• Fingerprinting required for background check processing (must be completed within 2-3 days of acceptance)
• Strong knowledge of medical necessity review, utilization management, and insurance reimbursement
