Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Nurse – Newport, OR 97365

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Newport, Oregon

Schedule: Varied shifts, every other weekend. 36 guaranteed hours per week. 91-day assignment through December 28, 2026.

Highlights:

• Provide care for patients with diverse needs ranging from non-critical to emergent medical conditions
• Work in a full-service Emergency Department treating cardiac, trauma, and pediatric critical care patients
• Deliver emergent and urgent mental health care in addition to general emergency services
• Serve patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport in a welcoming, community-focused environment
• Competitive compensation including overtime, callback, holiday, and on-call rates

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications required
• CEN certification preferred
